Cooper Plastics is a plastics manufacturer headquartered just outside of Chicago in Whiting, Indiana. Our company was established in 2023 as a custom manufacturing division of PolyJohn Enterprises Corporation, a leading, worldwide manufacturer of high-quality portable toilets, portable sinks, specialty products, and accessories. Creating Cooper Plastics as a separate entity enabled us to venture into the contract manufacturing space to provide our expertise to new customers and industries. Though the Cooper Plastics business unit is relatively new, our dedication to plastics processing goes back over 40 years.

At Cooper Plastics, we leverage the experience and state-of-the-art facilities of PolyJohn to provide custom manufacturing for our clients. We excel at every aspect of the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product. This enables us to manufacture products that are consistent and of the highest quality, every time! We not only employ knowledgeable machinists who keep everything running efficiently but also product designers and engineers who empower us to innovate and provide custom solutions for our customers’ unique needs.
